Royal Mail 48: For letters and small parcels. Delivery usually within 2-3 working days of posting although this may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Royal Mail 24: For letters and small parcels. Delivery usually within 1-2 working days of posting. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Parcelforce 24/48: For items over 5kg. Delivery usually within 1-2 working days of posting. Items will be sent fully tracked and you will receive a text message or email once dispatched which allows you to change the delivery date to a more convenient time or to arrange delivery to a local Post Office if required. Parcels may require a signature on delivery. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Other courier: If you would like us to ship items by an alternative courier, please contact us to check if possible and for a quote.
Combined Postage: We may be able to combine postage on domestic orders. Please contact us before payment so we can provide you with a quote or updated invoice.
International Postage:
We no longer offer direct International postage but some of our listings will be available via the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) and any costs involved will be displayed.
Please note: We do not set the shipping costs for Global Shipping Programme so we are unable to adjust.
Collection:
Items can be collected Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4pm from St Luke's Hospice Plymouth Shop (PL1 1TQ). In line with eBay policy, full address details will be disclosed after purchasing through eBay.
